Löyly is an employment event for both international and non-international students in Oulu. Event program will include inspiring presentations and workshops from companies that have international activities, specialists and international alumni. The event was organized last year for the very first time. Now Löyly has grown to be a two-day event that takes place at both University and the University of Applied Sciences.

Event is organized by The Student Union of the University of Oulu (OYY), Student Union of Oulu University of Applied Sciences OSAKO, Oulu Entrepreneurship Society (OuluES), Business Kitchen, University of Oulu and BusinessOulu.

LINKEDIN ABC - YOUR NEXT JOB MIGHT BE THERE
LinkedIn is THE tool for expanding your networks and even finding your next job. In this workshop, we will go through the basics of LinkedIn: what does it give to you and how you can use it professionally. You do not need to be on LinkedIn, but after this workshop you should. Remember to bring your laptop.

PITCH YOURSELF IN A MINUTE
Identifying your own skills and strengths often seems awkward and challenging and telling about them out loud even more awkward. In this workshop you'll get help in realizing what are your skills and how to create an impressive, one minute pitch about yourself. This you can use in a job interview or just in a random meeting.. for example in an elevator!
